Evening Event - Celebrating the Life of Alan Turing

Sherborne Abbey provided a spectacular setting for a special evening celebrating the life and extraordinary legacy of Alan Turing.

Held on 15 October, the event brought together the Sherborne community for a memorable programme of music and readings, featuring performances by the Sherborne Town Band, the Abbey Choir, the Abbey Organist, and The Polekats, alongside readings by local pupils. It was a wonderful tribute to one of Britain's greatest minds and a fitting celebration of his remarkable contribution to the world.
